I got into insurance the unglamorous way — managing complex commercial accounts, the kind with multiple locations, layered contracts, and claims that made everyone nervous. That work taught me something most people never see: policies rarely fail because someone bought the wrong company. They fail because nobody read the details closely enough, early enough.
So when I became a producer, I built my practice around the opposite habit. I read what you already have. I ask what changed since you bought it. I explain the trade-offs in language you'd actually use, and then I go find competitive coverage that fits — for the house, the cars, the shop, the crew, or all of it at once.
